The advice answers questions usually from Monday to Thursday. The languages used are mainly Finnish and English.
An open advice evening at 3pm to 6pm
Address: Rahakamarinportti 3 A (Enter through the door on the right side of the Mestarikilta sign from Rahakamarintori) 2nd floor.
In the advice evening, there is usually a Somali and Dari-speaking employee present, as well as an Arabic language interpreter. Our work is client-oriented, and we arrange interpretation in other languages if necessary, but please inform us in advance if you need interpretation.
We serve people in the order they arrive for consultation, so come early if you want to receive advice. Bring the decisions and appeals related to your residence permit so that we can advise you as effectively as possible.
